Ubikey라고 휴대폰 인증서 서비스 어플을 구입했다가
이것들이 분명 저한테는 정상적으로 구입되고 결제처리
되었다고 메일도 왔고 했는데도 지들 시스템에 구입이
안된 것으로 나왔다고 생떼를 쓰고 뭐 결제 메일을
스샷을 떠서 보내라는 둥 개판치길래..
열받아서 환불해달라고 메일 보낸건데 이렇게 메일이
왔네요. 3~5일 후에 환불될 꺼라는 것 같은데 맞죠?
refund말고 reversed charge라는 표현을 쓰네요..
왠만하면 상담원 연결해서 쓸라고 했는데 인포바인 이
세키들 진짜 고객 서비스가 완전 개판이네요. 고객전화
연결 했더니 자동 응답 들어가길래 3개 수준으로 되어
있는 자동응답 전부 눌러도 상담원 연결이 안나옴 -_-
다른 전화 연결했더니 안내원년 나와서는 고객전화 자동
응답을 통해서만 상담원 연결 나오는 거라고 그걸로 하
라고 지랄. 아무리 해도 안나왔으니까 전화했지 시발.
그러더니, 지가 해보더니 지금 점심시간이라 1시까지는
멘트가 안나간다고 함. 아 시발 그러면 자동 응답에
1시까지는 상담원 연결이 안된다고 씨부리든가 존나 빡
쳐서 지랄 하니까 자동응답이나 해보라고 .. 후..
저래서 빡쳐서 환불 했는데 금방 해줬네요.
