- You must have top notch gear (at least +1000 spell damage unbuffed).We will check the armory. Please understand, we only want VERY wellgeared players here. Your gear must, simply put, kick ass as much asClinkz's!
- 최고수준 장비는 갖고 있어야지 (최소한 노버프 증뎀 1000은 되어야지). 전투정보실에서 확인할꺼야. 제발 이해해주라, 우리는 오직 "아주" 좋은 장비 가진 애들만 원하거든. (뒤에 먼소린지 모르겠음)
- You are mature and very, very patient. At least 18 years old. Annoying people please look elsewhere.
- 체력 빵빵하고 매우, 매우 인내심이 많아야 돼. 18세 이상이어야 되고. 짜증나는 애들은 딴데 찾아봐.
- You must be a player that pays attention all the time. Payingattention to details is a huge plus. This is very important. Peoplethat can't pay attention shouldnt apply to us.
- 항상 집중하고 있어야 돼. 이거 졸라 중요하다. 집중 못하는 애는 지원하지도 마.
- Your personality should mesh with the majority of our guild. We wantpeople that we can rely on. Ask yourself; can we rely on you?
- 네 성격이 우리 길드 성향이랑 잘 어울려야 돼. 우린 믿을 수 있는 애를 원하거든. 스스로 물어봐 : 니가 우리랑 어울릴거 같아?
- You have extensive knowledge of your class. This means E X T E N S IV E knowledge. Unless you are certain that you kick ass, do not apply.Please... do not waste our time or yours.
- 네 직업에 대한 이해도가 높아야 돼. [광대한] 지식이란 소리야. 안되면 걍 지원하지 마. 제발 니 시간 내 시간 낭비하지 말자고.
- You've raided a lot before, Naxxramas is extremely preferable (all of it), Ahn'Qiraj and the end dungeons in Burning Crusade.
- 전에 레이드 졸라 뛰었어야 돼. 안퀴라즈와 낙스라마스를 거의 끝내고 버닝크루세이드 최고급 던전도 끝낼 정도로.
- You can take jokes. You must have a high 'abuse tolerance' - if you're a sensitive person, Nihilum is not for you.
- 놀림 받고도 화내지 말아야 돼. 극도의 "욕설에 대한 관용"을 가져야 돼 - 니가 감성적인 사람이면, 니힐럼이랑은 안맞아.
- You spend a lot of time outside raids to farm for consumables and have no problem paying for the things needed.
- 레이드에 필요한 앵벌 충분히 하고 각종 도핑 마련하는데 아무 문제 없어야 돼.
- You have Ventrilo and a headset with a microphone. It is preferedthat you can talk, but it's not a requirement - as long you can listen.
- 벤트릴로와 마이크 달린 해드셋을 가지고 있어야 돼. 말할 수도 있겠지만 필수는 아냐 - 들을 수만 있다면.
- You realise that you should avoid contacting anyone in the guildregarding recruitment. Instead, we will contact you if we areinterested. If we don't contact you, it means we're most likely notinterested in your application for the time being. This does not meanyou should contact us anyway!
- 채용에 대해서 길드의 누구에게 접촉하지 말았으면 해. 너한테 흥미가 있으면 우리가 접촉할꺼니까. 우리가 너한테 접촉하지 않는다면, 우리가 너한테 흥미 없다는거야. 아무튼 니가 우리한테 접촉하면 안된다는거야.
- Your computer must be able to handle 40 players on the screen withoutany issues. Your ISP should be rock solid, if you disconnect - we donot want you at all whatsoever.
- 니 컴퓨터는 아무 문제없이 40명 다 보이도록 할 수 있어야 돼. 물론 인터넷회선도 빵빵해야지. 니가 디스커넥 되면 뭐가 어찌되든 넌 필요없어.
-You are able to raid on a daily basis (at least 6 days a week, 7 isextremely prefered). We usally raid between 17:00 CET to midnight.Sometimes we raid up to 5am, depending on what we're currently doing.Times are flexible and change often. They are announced in the GMOTDand in our private irc channel.
- 매일 레이드에 나올 수 있어야 돼. (일주일에 최소 6일, 필요하면 7일) 우리는 보통 레이드를 17:00에 시작해서 한밤중까지 하는데, 때로는 진행상황에 따라서 AM5:00까지 할 수도 있어. 시간은 유동적이고 종종 바뀌어. GMOTD와 우리 IRC채널에서 시간확인 할 수 있어.
- You must be prepared for Every. Single. Raid. This means you shouldhave the required consumables for said encounter, be repaired, andarrive on time.
- 솔플이랑 레이드에 다 준비가 되어 있어야 돼. 뭔소리냐면, 먹을거도 다 준비해야 되고, 수리도 다 해놔야되고, 시간에 맞춰서 도착해 있어야 된다는거야.
- You must have all reputations done that are needed in Burning Crusade.
- 버닝크루세이드에 필요한 모든 평판을 다 확보해야 돼.
- You should have all attunements (at the very least Nightbane &Gruul... but Magtheridon for TK access is prefered). This can bediscussed, attunement requirements are not set in stone.
- 모든 사전퀘를 해놔야 돼. (최소한 파멸의어둠과 그룰.... 폭풍우 요새를 위한 마그테리돈도 준비됐어.) (뒤에 먼소린지 모르겠음. set in stone 이 뭐야)
- You will spend at the very least 60 minutes filling in ourapplication. Short applications will be discarded. We wont even readthem. Poorly written applications will also be discarded.
- 지원서 쓰는데 최소한 60분은 걸릴꺼야. 짧은 지원서는 그냥 자를껴. 읽어보지도 않을껄. 엉성한 지원서도 걍 자른다.
- You have IRC and are in our channel #nihilum.wow on quakenet if wewant to contact you fast. Use the same name as in your application.
- IRC #니힐럼 채널로 오면 우리랑 빨리 접촉할 수 있어. 지원서랑 같은 이름 써라.
- We're not interested in you if you have to take extensive afk's, or afk often at all. You can do this before or after raids.
- 자리를 가끔 비우던 자주 비우던 자리 비우는 놈에겐 관심없다. 레이드 전이나 레이드 끝나고 자리비워.
- If you plan on stopping playing World of Warcraft within the nextcouple of months, please do not apply. We want players that are in forthe long haul, preferably till we as a guild stop playing World ofWarcraft. This part really matters - we're not just a guild tag you cansay you had and then quit the game shortly after. In order to berecognized and part of the team takes time, and, as such, we only wanthardcore and dedicated players that plan to play this game for a longlong time.
- 몇 달 안에 WoW 관둘꺼면 제발 지원하지 마. 우리는 길드가 다 WoW 접을 때까지 할 만큼 오래 같이 할 애를 원하거든. 이 부분은 진짜 문제야... (어쩌고 저쩌고 요약하자면 팀을 위해 졸라 오래 시간을 보낼 수 있는 하드코어한 애를 원한다 이거임)

As an applying warlock, you need to kick ass at doing dps and dealingwith crowd control. Summoning people and making soulwells is yourultimate passion and goal in life.
DPS랑 CC는 때려쳐. 사람 소환하고 영석 만들어 뿌리는게 니 최고의 열정이자 삶의 목표다.
Determination:
This is important. We aren't here to farm content we've done a thousandtimes just to quit when we wipe learning a new encounter. We spendhours upon hours to learn new encounters until we beat them. If this issomething you do not wish to be a part of, please look elsewhere. Wehave worked hard to get where we are - there are no free rides.
