으.. 고객 센터에 문의 해봤더니 미국계정이라 해결불가라네요..

블코 고객센터에 전화해보니까

결제내역은 확인 되는데 배틀코인 충전이 왜 안된건지 모르겠다네요

북미 계정 쪽으로 문의 넣으라 해서..

I deposited $50 by Visa card an hour ago. And I've got an e-mail which is "my purchasing is successfully done". But still battle coin is not charged in my account. Please check this problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

Hey there!

When you add battle.net balance to your account it can take up to 72 hours to be usable. It is normally less than this, however it is never instant.

We have no way to speed up this process and you should keep an eye on it, it should have a warning at battle.net saying it is still processing, once that's gone you will be able to use it.
