Please make sure that you go to My Account and cancel your subscription to stop the auto renew feature.
You can cancel your membership by logging into http://members.iracing.com and then click on the My Account link in the upper right. On the My Info tab, in the Billing & Shipping Information section, click the 'Click Here to turn off auto-renew' link. If it now says 'Click Here to turn on auto-renew' - you have successfully turned off auto renew.
This will turn off the auto renew feature and your credit card will not be charged the next time your subscription expires.
To alleviate the possibility of mistaken auto renewals, we have mentioned this in numerous places such as
-During the purchasing process
-Email Receipt
-Terms and Agreement
-FAQs
-Users Guide Section 2.2.7

-A reminder email was sent to you on Jan 9th (the email may have gotten filtered into your spam or junk folders)
This is why we typically do not give refunds for mistaken auto renewals. What we can do, as a one time courtesy, is deactivate your account now and provide you with 30 iRacing credits you can use whenever you renew this account. Please let us know if this is what you would like us to do.
